All services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at our discretion.

By using our services, you agree to:

In no event shall Kodah Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

While we strive to provide high-quality services, we provide our services "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
