Kodah Labs provides software development services including:

• Custom software development and programming
• Web and mobile application development
• AI and machine learning solutions
• Technical consulting and architecture
• Software maintenance and support
• Code review and optimization services

All services are provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at our discretion.

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services

All content, code, designs, and materials created by Kodah Labs remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. You retain ownership of your original content and data provided to us.

Custom software developed for clients is typically transferred upon full payment, subject to specific terms outlined in individual project agreements.

Payment terms are as follows:

• Project deposits are typically 50% upfront
• Remaining balance due upon project completion
• Payment methods include bank transfer and digital payments
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Kodah Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With written notice of 30 days
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• Upon completion of contracted services

Upon termination, you will lose access to our services and any remaining obligations must be fulfilled according to the original agreement.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
